ORDERS AND DELIVERY

ORDERS - You can order and pay for any combination of original artworks, giclée prints or cards in a single transaction. However, once you have paid, the order management is then done separately for each product category (mixed media / printmaking, giclée prints, and cards). So, after payment has been made the website will:

• create separate order numbers for cards, giclée prints / printmaking under £65, and mixed media / printmaking £65 and over

• assign the correct postage to each product category - see below

• send a separate confirmation email for each category of product

At present, I am only accepting orders from UK customers, hence this is the only ‘country’ address option at checkout and the only currency is GBP.

POSTAGE - Postage costs for each product category are as follows:

P&P for cards is £1.50 per order (irrespective of the number of cards ordered) and will be sent by Royal Mail.

P&P for giclée prints is £5.00 per order (irrespective of the number of giclée prints ordered) and will be sent by a Royal Mail tracked service.

P&P for printmaking is free for printmaking items over £65. P&P for any orders containing a printmaking item under £65 will be £5 per order (irrespective of the number of printmaking items ordered). All printmaking will be sent by a Royal Mail tracked service.

P&P for mixed media is free for all orders over £65 and will be sent by a Royal Mail tracked or signed-for service.

PACKAGING - see my environmental statement for details of packaging used. Original artworks will be sent in waterproof, secure packaging.

DELIVERY - I post orders every Wednesday. Estimated delivery time will therefore be between 3 and 10 days depending on when you make your order.
